Kenda Swartz, founder of NRG Communications, has over 18 years of organizational development experience, which includes general business consulting, employee training and development, management, coaching, and counseling. In 2000, Kenda became a national speaker and seminar leader on motivational topics. Her facilitation and delivery style is interactive and creative. She takes a process and awareness-based orientation with a focus on skill-building and learning through practical application.

Her degrees include a BA in Liberal Arts with a focus on Organizational Communications and Public Relations from Penn State and an MA in Art Therapy Psychology with a focus on Organizational Art Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur University.

Kenda's work experience includes general business consulting with an emphasis on strategic planning, business planning and employee development; Management - operated national employment services agency; Program Director for a Bay Area nonprofit and NRG Communications - Employee development consultant since 1999.

She serves clients across most industries including Banking, Utilities, Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Educational Institutions (both Junior college-level and university-level), City Government, Not-for-Profits, Private for profit.

Kenda is a Certified Professional Coach and is affiliated with several local organizations including: Stanford University Hillel-Camp Kesem Project Advisory Committee and Natural Bridges State Beach volunteer. Kenda has spoken at various local organizations including the Employer Advisory Council.
